These are the terms for Elivate Wellness's group booking saving. They are written to be read, not skimmed. If anything here is unclear, ask Fatima on your consult call before you book.
When 3 or more people book together, at the same address, for the same visit, each person pays less than the standard single-session price.
The saving depends on how many people go ahead on the day:
The saving comes off the standard session price for each person. It does not come off the travel fee or any other charge.
Not everyone is suitable, and Fatima will not book anyone who isn't. If a person is assessed as unsuitable, they are simply not included in the booking and are not charged anything. The group saving is then worked out on the number of people who go ahead. If fewer than 3 people remain, the standard single-session price applies to each of them, and you can choose to go ahead or not.
The consult is a phone call. It is free, there is no obligation to book afterwards, and there is no cost built into the session price to cover it. It is not a guarantee that a booking will be made. Whether the service is suitable for each person is decided on the consult and the doctor's review.
A travel fee of $50, may apply depending on your location. Fatima tells you the exact fee on your consult call, before you book. One travel fee applies per visit, not per person. The group saving does not apply to the travel fee.
Prices include GST. Your exact group price, including any travel fee, is confirmed on your consult call before you book. Group bookings of 3 or more require a $150 deposit. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel more than 24 hours before your booking.
If you need to change the date or the number of people, tell Fatima as early as you can on 0402 142 604. If the group size changes, the saving is recalculated on the new number. Cancellations with 24 hours notice or more are free. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or no-shows will forfeit the deposit because Fatima has set aside the time and travelled to you.
Bookings depend on Fatima's availability. The offer is ongoing but may be changed or withdrawn at any time. If that happens, any booking already confirmed on the consult call keeps the price that was agreed.
Fatima may decline or stop a booking for any person on clinical grounds, at any stage, including on the day. If that happens before the service begins, that person is not charged. This is not a judgement on you. It is a Registered Nurse's obligation.
